A message from G2G on COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 virus outbreak, we have been monitoring the situation closely and taking every step we can to mitigate the spread of the virus, as the health and safety of our employees, families, friends and our business community are our utmost priority. Fortunately, our business is largely conducted on the internet and this does not affect our ability to serve our valued customers. G2G staff members will be working remotely as part of social distancing practice in a cautionary response to the coronavirus and we have significantly limited onsite operations at our office location.
While G2G strive to provide uninterrupted services to our customers, we are experience higher than usual customer queries volume, and users may find themselves facing intermittent delay in payment processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter as our team members are working round the clock to clear the backlog. As circumstances surrounding the pandemic change, we will be evaluating the measures we have put in place and carefully weighing further steps.
It is times like these that we all need to remain calm and work together to help overcome this challenging time. Lastly, our thoughts are with the people affected by the virus and their loved ones, as well as all the service people who work tirelessly to protect the health and safety of us all.
