FFXIV to launch new server

Final Fantasy XIV EU server has been heavily congested for quite some time now, and to alleviate the problem, Square Enix has announced that they will be adding a 9th server called Omega.

As an incentive to attract players to transfer to the new server and other Designated Worlds, the transfer will be free and comes with several other benefits and bonuses by creating or transferring to the New Worlds and Designated Worlds:

  • Create New World character and earn Double EXP Bonus until level 60
  • 10 Silver Chocobo Feathers which is exchangeable for gear
  • 1,000,000 Gil when you reach level 30
  • 15 days of Free Play Time when you reach level 30
