Hearthstone: Knights of the Frozen Throne to Launch August 10th

Hearthstone’s next expansion, Knights of the Frozen Throne will be launch on August 10th, as announced by Blizzard. The new expansion will add 135 cards to the game, including a Legendary new Hero cards which can transform nine of the normal heroes into terrifying Death Knights with formidable powers.

Furthermore, there’ll be eight free missions that will yield a Legendary card on completion of each of the completed wings. Players can get a 50-card pack for $49.99 when pre-purchase.

An icy wind howls outside the inn’s walls, but the chill you feel crawling up your spine has little to do with the bitter cold. No deck is safe from the Lich King’s evil influence; even the most stalwart champions of the Light have been turned into wicked Death Knights. As the agents of the undead Scourge plague the land, it falls to you to gather your cards, face these vile abominations, and turn their dark powers against them.
